All purchases of Off Road Downunder, goods are to be paid for in full prior to dispatch, unless the purchaser has established an agreement with Off Road Downunder. Off Road Downunder retains full and exclusive ownership of all products supplied by it, until the purchaser has paid for those products and services in full.
Unless specified, Off Road Downunder does not cover shipping charges from their warehouse to the purchaser. All products will be dispatched via Australia Post E-Parcel services, with signing authority and tracking. Off Road Downunder shall not in any event be liable to the purchaser for any loss of profits or any other consequential loss or damage caused to the purchaser by any delay in the delivery or non-delivery of the goods or any part of them.
The purchaser has 2 days from delivery date to inspect each Off Road Downunder products delivered to them, and if any defect is found, the purchaser must immediately notify staff of Off Road Downunder in accordance with the returns policy published by Off Road Downunder. If no notification after the 2 day period, the purchaser is deemed to have accepted the products.
Off Road Downunder Pty Ltd will NOT be responsible for any damage to items caused by delivery service, all items are inspected before dispatch to ensure quality. You can request Delivery Insurance on your item at extra cost to the purchaser.
Under the Australian Consumer Law , you are not entitled to return a product if there is no breach of a consumer guarantee.
For example, if you:
- Changed your mind
- Ordered the wrong product
- Found a product cheaper elsewhere
- Were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product
- Damaged the product by misusing it
- Used the product for a very long time and the problem is the result of usual wear and tear.
Off Road Downunder will only accept goods returned if the goods do not correspond with those goods ordered by the Customer, except in the case of goods supplied incorrectly by Off Road Downunder. Off Road Downunder will credit the customer’s account with the purchase price of the goods, LESS a 5% handling and repackaging fee. Approved returns must have a copy of the original invoice, and a valid reason for the return, before credits will be processed. Freight on goods returned for credit is the responsibility of the sender, and no reverse freight charges will be accepted.
